Rounding off their year with a final production, the Gonzaga Symphony Orchestra will present its Season Finale Concert Monday, April 26, at 7:30 p.m. Conducted by Kevin Hekmatpanah, the performance will be held at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox (1001 W Sprague Ave.).
The concert will feature Berlioz’s Hungarian March from the “Damnation of Faust,” the Elgar Cello Concerto, Suppé’s “Poet & Peasant” Overture, and Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture. During the Elgar Cello Concerto, Hekmatpanah will be featured on the cello, led by guest conductor Andrew Kurtz.
General admission is $9 and $7 for non GU students and seniors. The performance is free to GU students, faculty and staff with ID.
