Business Forum Oct. 21 to Focus on Survival Training Business

SPOKANE, Wash. – Mike Lyons, president of the Spokane-based SERE Solutions, Inc., will discuss “A Historical Perspective on Survival Training” at the Gonzaga University School of Business Administration Dean’s Business Forum Breakfast at 7:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 21 in the Jepson Center’s Wolff Auditorium.

SERE specializes in training U.S. government personnel at high risk of being captured to guide their actions before and during captivity.

The event, which is open to the public, begins with a 7 a.m. continental breakfast followed by the program. Admission is $5 for students and $15 for the public and includes breakfast. Visit the following website to register for the event.

SERE – which stands for Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape – employs more than 130 people nationwide. The management and consulting business provides training, program oversight, and human resources to meet the needs of the government and corporate entities.
