Gonzaga University Wind Symphony Presents ‘Dramatica!’ Nov. 19 with Spokane Brass Quintet

Gonzaga University Wind Symphony will present "Dramatica!"

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Gonzaga University Wind Symphony, conducted by Robert Spittal, joined by special guests the Spokane Brass Quintet will present a concert of musically dramatic works titled, “Dramatica!” at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 19 in the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox (1001 W. Sprague Ave.).

The Spokane Brass Quintet, a newly formed professional ensemble, also will entertain the audience with a few selections from its popular “Brass to the Future” program it has been taking on tour to area schools. The program features a grand variety of works, including pieces by composers Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Paul Hindemith, Frank Ticheli, Roger Nixon and many others.

Tickets are $10 general admission and $8 for students (with identification) and seniors. The concert is free to Gonzaga University faculty, staff and students (with ID). To buy tickets call (509) 624-1200 or visit the ticket office at the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox.
