Attorney General Bob Ferguson to Discuss DACA Case at Gonzaga Law School Sept. 29

SPOKANE, Wash. – Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson will discuss the lawsuit brought by 15 states and the District of Columbia regarding the Trump administration’s decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program at 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29 in the Barbieri Courtroom at the Gonzaga University School of Law.

In the event, which is free and open to the public, Ferguson will discuss the legal and constitutional arguments involved in the case, and will share insights into the work of his staff and his interactions with people affected by the decision. He will take questions from the audience following his presentation.
