Gonzaga Names English Professor Ann Ciasullo the Powers Chair of Humanities

SPOKANE, Wash. – Ann Ciasullo, associate professor of English and chair of the Gonzaga University Women’s and Gender Studies Department, has been named the Robert K. and Ann J. Powers Professor Chair of the Humanities at Gonzaga for a two-year term effective Sept. 1. The chair is currently held by English Professor Tod Marshall.

SPOKANE, Wash. – Andrew Goldman, associate professor of history and chair of the classical civilizations department since 2007, has been named to a three-year term as Gonzaga University’s Alphonse A. and Geraldine F. Arnold Professor of the Humanities, effective immediately. The post was previously held by history Professor Robert Carriker.

SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga University English Professor Tod Marshall has been named the Robert K. and Ann J. Powers Professor Chair of the Humanities at Gonzaga for a two-year term effective immediately. The chair was previously held by philosophy Professor Wayne Pomerleau.
