SPOKANE, Wash. – New State Poet Laureate Tod Marshall, a Gonzaga University English professor, charmed a crowd that included Gov. Jay Inslee and key state leaders gathered today to celebrate the Connecting Washington state transportation funding, reading a poem he penned for the occasion, “There are Many Ways to Move Through Our Day.”
