SPOKANE, Wash. –Ryland Ploeger, a May graduate of Gonzaga University, is keenly aware of her privileges and freedoms as an American scholar especially now teaching English at a small private university in the Middle East as the recipient of a Fulbright U.S. Student Program scholarship.

SPOKANE, Wash. – A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in three civil cases in the Barbieri Courtroom at the Gonzaga University School of Law (721 N. Cincinnati St.) starting at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 10. The hearings are free and open to the public and media at no cost; no cameras allowed.
