SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga University has expanded its resources to help students obtain career-enhancing internships by accepting an invitation to join iNet (Internship Network), an online national consortium of a dozen prestigious universities that allows employers to seek students from institutions known for their academic quality.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Kate Hewitt, a 2013 Gonzaga University alumna, has been awarded a prestigious and highly competitive Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship for the fall 2017 semester and will spend six to nine months working with the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C.

SPOKANE, Wash. – Although school is out for summer for most Gonzaga University students, the science labs are teeming with undergraduates’ research. Sixty-four science students are working alongside 25 faculty mentors in the lab and field conducting innovative research on topics ranging from waterfowl ecology to methane production and consumption in anaerobic environments.

SPOKANE, Wash. – More than 175 high school students nationwide are coming to Gonzaga University this summer for the Gonzaga Debate Institute. The Institute – directed by Glen Frappier, director of debate and senior lecturer at Gonzaga – offers high school students of all ages and experience levels lectures, workshops, practice debates, and research opportunities to prepare them for upcoming competition.
